1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship only within India to all states and union territories.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Please allow 2 to 10 business days for your order to be shipped.
- Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days. In some cases, delivery may occur earlier depending on your location and courier service.
- Please note that shipping and delivery timelines do not include weekends or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Flat Rate: For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 is charged per order.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹999.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the courier partner’s website or app.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable:
- We will attempt redelivery.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping if required.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We ensure your orders are packed with care to prevent damage during transit. However, in rare instances of damage or loss:
- Damaged Packages: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@zicopets.com.
We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.
